If you are a relative newcomer to web sites and not very web site savvy, we hope this help area will be of assistance to you.

When you entered this site you would have seen a group of words located at top left.

This is the Menu system, you will use it to move yourself around this website. Over to your right is a scroll bar, see below info.

Viewing:- It is intended that your display is set at a minimum of 800x600. If the display is set lower some of the lower menu items will not be seen.

Moving Up and Down the Page:

Down the right hand side of your browser is a scroll bar, its purpose is to help you move up and down the pages. To move down your mouse pointer is placed on the bottom arrow point. You then click on the left button of your mouse, each click will move you down the page.
As you scroll up and down the page, the menu will travel with you.

How to Use the Menu:

Each of the Menu headings is a Category.

Each Category has a number of Sub Category headings branching from it.

You access the page headings by placing your mouse pointer on the coloured panel of the menu heading (Category) the pointer will activate the panel and. . .  

The Sub Category Headings are individual pages containing information.

To open the pages, place your mouse pointer on the page name, the pointer will change to a hand with a pointing finger. You then click the left mouse button on the page name to open the page.
